Sofia Palma was only 15 years old when she joined the Canadian Red Cross Society. Now she works as the youth facilitator and is a strong advocate for inclusion and diversity: "We need women, women of colour, people with disabilities, people from the LGBTQ+-community. We need people that represent the community we serve."
