Glow Red Chair
Margareta Wahlström
Founder of the Glow Red Network and former president of the Swedish Red Cross
Key figure in the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement for 25 years, from desk officer for southern Africa to President of the Swedish Red Cross, Margareta has founded the GLOW Red, promoting the inclusion of women in decision-making within the Movement. Her dedication to gender equity and emerging leaders has left a lasting impact, inspiring many to drive change in their communities. She was rewarded with the Henry Dunant Medal in 2024, highest distinction in the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement.

With 20+ years of experience advancing DEI, psychosocial support, and community engagement across 30+ countries, Anjana has successfully led projects from humanitarian response to peacebuilding initiatives, taking on the mission of creating spaces where every voice is heard and every community thrives. Multilingual and cross-culturally fluent, she brings vision, resilience, and partnership-building expertise to every endeavor.
Charlene Dumas
Deputy Head of International Relations at the French Red Cross
With extensive knowledge in International Relations, Human Rights, Crisis Management and International Humanitarian Law, Charlene has over 10 years of experience within the Movement. She focuses on Humanitarian Diplomacy at the President's Office of the French Red Cross, and contributes daily to women empowerment by advocating for equality and recognition.
Florine Logeart
Head of diversity & attractiveness at the French Red Cross
After 10 years of experience in strategy & marketing, Florine has started a brand new position at the French Red Cross to reinforce diversity within the organization and its volunteers in 2024, and she is a member of the GLOW Red Secretariat. Her daily work is to raise awareness of the importance and necessity of diverse leadership, and to mentor women & youth on their paths to achieving leadership positions.
Mariam Meparidze
Homecare Project Coordinator at the Georgia Red Cross Society
Public Health Specialist with a Master's Degree from Tbilisi State University, Mariam's experience spans both the governmental and non-governmental sectors and focuses on community welfare and healthcare initiatives. From working with the Solidarity Fund of Georgia, she now leads initiatives at the Georgia Red Cross Society and focuses on advocacy and project implementation to foster impactful community engagement.

Nora Mustacisa currently serves as a Technical Consultant, and leverages her extensive expertise in Protection, Gender and Inclusion programming, and organizational development to support a diverse portfolio of projects.
Sara Horein
American Red Cross Volunteer Partner for the National Chief Development Officer, and Measles and Rubella Paternship Independent Monitor
Sara joined the RCRC movement as a volunteer in 2011. As one of only two independent monitors for the Measles and Rubella Partnership, her diverse skills have enabled her to contribute to many initiatives, from US congressional advocacy to fieldwork in developing countries and the development of training materials – all dedicated to stopping measles and rubella.
